Buy snow tyres

People who drive cars are so inane these days. Why is it happening? Are the driving courses and driving instructor deteriorating or what? I mean, I do not understand this phenomenon but I know that I hate it. Instead of seeing a progress in teaching young people how to drive a car we see a huge regress, a huge decline in it. People who get their driving license and take their parents" cars for spins are so dangerous these days. Quite frankly, I am sometimes afraid to go out and have fun in the city because who knows if I am not going to get hit by a car. Another thing is that they do not teach those young driver how to act during winter. If I was to get a penny for each driver I have seen without snow tyres I would now be a millionaire. I mean, come on people! You have to use snow tyres during wintertime because driving without them is dangerous. If the temperature is low you can be sure that roads will get pretty slippery due to the fact that they simply freeze. It really gets quite handy to have snow tyres then and thus, I would really recommend buying them as soon as possible. Of course, that is if you do not want to seriously injure yourself or someone in a car accident. You decide.
